1. Who we are
Volt Technology provides white-label powerbank sharing software to businesses across Europe. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. For anything related to your data, contact us at info@volt-technology.eu.
2. What data we collect
- Details you submit through our demo or contact form: full name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us.
- Details you submit when requesting the ROI report download: full name, email address and phone number.
- Basic technical information your browser provides automatically, such as IP address and device or browser type, used for security and to keep the site running.
- When you submit a form, how you reached our site: the referring website, campaign tags in the link (UTM) and the first page you opened. This information stays in your browser and is sent to us only together with the form. If you accepted analytics, it also includes your first visit within the last 90 days.
We do not collect special-category data, and we never ask for more than we need.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To provide the information, quote, or service you requested.
- To contact you and offer the Volt Technology partnership, including a proposal tailored to your market.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data based on your consent when you submit a form, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and securing our site, and, where relevant, the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request.
Where you request a proposal or download the ROI report, we also process your details to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate (such as EU-based hosting and email), under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.
6. Where your data is stored
Our infrastructure and data are hosted within the European Union. If a transfer outside the EU/EEA ever became necessary, we would rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction, or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email info@volt-technology.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies required to run the site, and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can decline analytics in the cookie banner, and withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
